SwapMatch does not use traditional user accounts. Instead, the app operates using an anonymous device-based system with optional contact sharing.
If you would like to request deletion of your data, please contact us at: SwapMatch@proton.me
To help us locate your data, please include the phone number you used within the app (if you have shared one).
Upon request, we will delete data associated with the provided phone number, including:
Uninstalling SwapMatch removes locally stored app data from your device, including preferences and locally cached information.
However, uninstalling the app alone does not guarantee removal of server-side data. To request deletion of server-side data, please contact SwapMatch@proton.me.
Because SwapMatch does not require user accounts and primarily uses anonymous device identifiers, we may not be able to locate or delete data that cannot be reasonably linked to the information provided in your request.
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after receiving sufficient information to identify the relevant data.
