SwapMatch does not require account registration. Users are identified only by an anonymous device ID. No personal information is collected at sign-up. SwapMatch does not expose user-submitted text or item details to other users. Item listings are used only to enable privacy-preserving, proximity-based matching.
You agree not to use SwapMatch for unlawful purposes or to post prohibited items. SwapMatch is not responsible for the content posted by users or the outcome of any swap.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any items offered or requested comply with applicable laws.
SwapMatch reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or platform guidelines.
Phone numbers are shared only when you explicitly choose to share with a match. SwapMatch is not responsible for interactions that occur after contact information is exchanged.
SwapMatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
